Shrink wrap or cello, ribbons, bows, gift cards and special occasion pics are all included free of charge on our gift baskets!
Your gift will always be securely packaged for shipment so it arrives free of damage. Most gift baskets are shipped in White Corrugated Shipping Boxes, printed with "A Gift For You" on the outside.
hospital delivery:
There is a minimum order of $75.00 + tax and delivery for hospital delivery.

Shipping is typically by UPS with a flat rate charge of $9.75 anywhere in the United States.
flowers and plants:

All of our flower selections are shipped direct from our greenhouses via overnight delivery service. Each order is securely packaged in attractive, insulated gift boxes to ensure that only the freshest possible product arrives at its destination. Your gift selection will not arrive arranged in a vase even if a vase is purchased.
Since our flowers are cut fresh and sent from the grower, there are no Sunday or Monday deliveries. Orders are only delivered Tuesday through Saturday.
Orders with United States destinations received before 3:00:00 PM EST can be shipped and delivered the next available day or on your selected delivery date.
all other gifts:
The shipping charges added to your order are actual, based on the rates offered by the carrier, plus the cost of packaging materials. LoveMyBasket.com uses UPS or FedEx for all shipments. Ground service is the most economical choice, followed by 3-day, 2-day then overnight.
New orders received will ship the following business day. For your convenience tracking information will be provided via email as soon as your order is shipped. Please use this information to track your package via the UPS or Fed Ex websites. If you do not receive your order by the stated delivery date, please contact us immediately and we will file a claim with the carrier.

LoveMyBasket.com cannot guarantee delivery beyond the policy of the carrier once your order has left our facility. The carrier does not guarantee transit time for ground residential deliveries.

returns & cancellations:
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Exchanges and LoveMyBasket.com credit are available within 10 days of receipt for food products and 30 days for hardgoods, all products must be unopened, excluding the shipping carton (sorry, shipping and handling charges are not refundable). We cannot give exchanges on opened merchandise. Custom or personalized orders are nonrefundable and can not be exchanged.
Return shipments should be pre-paid with the item securely wrapped. When returning an item, keep a record of the method and date of your return shipment as we will not be responsible if the item is damaged or lost in transit back to us. Please call customer service at 1.516.799.3643 for return authorization.
If your order is damaged, notify us at 1.516.799.3643. We will gladly exchange the damaged item for a new one or we will give you credit for anything else in LoveMyBasket.com. Please contact us for return authorization.
Most of the items we sell are custom and or special order and can not be cancelled after 24 hours of receipt of order.
